#14 Innovative Business Case: Coconat (DE)

Most people working in an office find themselves craving for a break from urban routine, traffic, cubicles and cement. Coconat founders created a beautiful space surrounded by nature some 80 kms from Berlin, where digital workers can “be inspired, concentrate, work, and play in the countryside!”
People can leave their office for a few days to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the countryside, better concentrate and get inspired by other guests. Coconat offers many settings where to work, such as the garden, the pub and different kinds of cosy rooms and activities in nature to spark creativity.
This project has a high social impact, not only for the economic development of the area but also for well-being of its guests. It also takes environmental issues very seriously, reducing food waste and the resources used for housekeeping. They are also planning to discuss how to reduce the energy consumption with an energy consultant. Coconat is an interesting initiative, easy to replicate in other rural areas and with plenty of positive vibs!
