This is the second training module of four in this Master Class about the Business Model Canvas (BMC). These modules are related as a series (modules 1 to 4) but can also be considered as individual training sessions. These training sessions have theoretical elements which are exemplified and explained by cases in RUBIZMO's Virtual Library.
Module 2, provided by Mohammadreza Dehghannejad (Research Assistant at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences) and Karin Andersson (Researcher and PhD-student at the Research Institutes of Sweden), reflects insight into Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) by magnifying and plotting “customer profile” and “value map” to see if customer value proposition really creates value in the Business Model. It also includes a homework assignment at the end of the session to make it more tangible for trainees and enthusiasts. Find the YouTube link here.
